Recovery update, day 2....
Swell has
gone down a bit, pain is mild, its just tight. I can put some weight,
not that I do, but tested it and takes it well. There was a Doc at the
hostel and seems ACL is ok. Lateral ligaments no so much.
Things
I have been doing... Elevation, most of the day, anti inflammatory
ointment and pills. Meditation, visualization (dissecting knee in all
its parts and showering it with pure loving light as if cleaning it with
it and putting back together - floating on river of healing light)...
breathing a lot and shaking thoughts of frustration. I have caring
people around and Im learning to ask for help.
